The Community of Ventura del Mar

The Ventura del Mar – Complex was designed with a unique architectural style by the prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel Roldan and finally built between 1999 and 2001 by Formento construcciones y contratas (FCC)

The general Architecture style of Villaroel contains the essential ingredients of an architecture that returns to its origins, not forgetting that man belongs to the earth and not the earth to man. According to this basic philosophy, mankind has it ‘ongoing responsibility towards the future of the species and of fauna.

The community complex consists of 86 apartments with high quality construction and finishes built under the General Plan of Urban Planning (PGOU) dated from 1986.

This exclusive residential complex with an unbeatable location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara facing the Mediterranean sea has 23’000 ^m2 area and has more than 200 types of different natural plants, which are typical of the region. The apartments are all surrounded by the intense green of its tropical gardens, which add beauty and charm with their unique shapes and colors.
